Settings
The Settings page is accessible from the gear icon in the Nouto toolbar, or from the Command Palette (Open Settings).
Settings Sections
Section titled “Settings Sections”Appearance
Section titled “Appearance”- Theme: choose from 26 built-in themes, browse and install from a catalog of 65 VS Code themes, or create custom themes (see Themes)
- UI font and size: customize the interface font
- Editor font and size: customize the CodeMirror and Monaco editor font. In the desktop app,
Ctrl+scroll(orCmd+scrollon macOS) over a code editor zooms the editor font size - Minimap: show, hide, or auto-detect based on response length
Network
Section titled “Network”- Global proxy: protocol, host, port, credentials, bypass list (see Proxy)
- SSL verification: global toggle for certificate verification (see SSL)
- Default timeout: default request timeout in milliseconds
- Follow redirects: global toggle and max redirect count
Storage (VS Code)
Section titled “Storage (VS Code)”- Storage mode: switch between global and workspace storage in the VS Code extension (see Storage Modes)
- Save response bodies: toggle whether response bodies are saved to history
Shortcuts
Section titled “Shortcuts”- View and customize all 29 keyboard shortcuts (see Keyboard Shortcuts)
- Record new bindings, detect conflicts, reset to defaults
- Nouto version, build info, and links
